Hi I changed injection pump on my 2004 L200 warrior first it couldn’t read code off pump so changed the wiring from old pump .all timing marks are spot on but the truck would only fire badly if pump was twisted full anti clockwise towards the engine ,but when it fires up roughly the tic over is a bit fast and when any pressure put on the throttle pedal it will cut out put computer on it ,it comes up with fault code 00 ECU fail can’t find that code any where like it don’t exist do you think I have to find some 1 or main dealer who have a
Mut 11 code reader to recognize code any 1 can help thanks

Are you able to read live data from the engine, eg crank sensor. The Delphi can read the crank shaft position Actual and Expected. The "actual" is the signal from the sensor and the "expected" is the signal from the pump. Any deviation will either point to dodgy sensor or the pump you installed might be dodgy. Speaking from personal experiece the crankshaft sensor plate on mine was duff. Changed the sensor plate and timed the pump to get a solution. Best of luck.
