Speak to Western Towing down in Exeter. Couple of points with that is I believe that you'll have to pull the hitch off the mount on road, and its going to use the same mounting as a discrete winch mount.
Anything is possible, all you need is imagination or own a bank!

Im a bit of a bodger....it wasn't to do a super professional job ...its only to push the van into a tight corner...up hill!! Do you think you could do it with a bit of welded tubular /angle iron and a hole in the bumper?? Mmmmm...I feel my winter list of jobs lengthening! Nik

We put one on the front of the tractor to move the boats about, much easier than having it on the back.
