Right,
For those of you that were asking about this..
Gasket kit to de-coke the inlet tract on a new shape:
All (genuine) gaskets needed £45 inc postage. (£40 collected) Also includes rocker cover gasket etc. Retail is over £140 on this set..
All gaskets PLUS a cleaned inlet manifold & cleaned rocker cover £105 (inc post). There is a DEPOSIT OF £200 NEEDED against the manifold/rocker cover that will be returned when I get your old ones back. That lets you have all the bits to do the job in a day and you just send your dirty old parts back.
If you clean the inlet manifold/rocker cover up yourself then it will only be £65
I also have cans of proper stuff to spray in the engine when running that is supposed to clean the system and the backs of the valves etc. I don't rate it much and I am not really a fan of spraying stuff into an engine but it might be better than taking the head off and the valves out etc. £15 each.

Looks like it will be a post job for me, is it quite a simple jobbie?
