Hi Guys thanks for the help so far....turbo and manifold out as a unit....removed the exhaust down pipe to open the turbo, cleaned all the sh*t out and currently reassembling....One of the nuts under the down pipe is a dog to get at but does anyone have an idea of torque readings ?? Ive managed to get all the exhaust manifold studs out and replacing them with new milners studs and nuts. The nuts have the washers as one. The washer bit has serrations on the fitting surface. Do I use additional washers ? Anyone any idea for the manifold torque readings?? Ta as ever...free pint of Guinness for correct answers! Nik

Ok a bit further down the road...torquing up the turbo/outlet manifold is 60nm....the exhaust manifold bolts are 25nm....took all the old exhaust studs out and replaced them with miners studs and nuts..naff quality so ordered mitzy originals...not cheap but far better quality...strangely the nuts were a coppery colour!!! Hope this helps some day Nik
