Hi guys,

I need help urgently. I own a 2000 L200, 4WD, petrol, 4G63 engine. The gearbox is shot. I repaired it once and it died again after 6 months.
The gearbox identification is either V5M21 5285, or V5M21-9-D5. This number is stamped on top of the bell housing (usually). I am trying to find a replacement gearbox, used or new.

Vehicle is ok otherwise but has been rendered unusable just due to this problem. I run the engine monthly to keep everything lubed and sealed.

Have your tried Thornton Breakers or Midland Mitsubishi
