Looks good, I had an escort that I self tinted the rear lights with a special spray, they almost looked black but the colour came through no probs, it would look even better like that.

why, aslong as they emit the correct colour of light it is a pass, mot testers dont have anything to measure the amount of light emited so cant fail it so aslong as the light is visable from a reasonable distance it is a pass

Just for future reference for all, If your vehicle fails its mot you have the right to ask the tester to show you in the MOT manual where it says it is a failure. If they refuse then tell ask them for an appeal form as you want to contact your local VOSA office.

I got my truck because I was sick of spending money on fixing my BMW. Would have been cheaper to hold on to it

but this is much more fun

Cruise control is the mutt's mojos - I even stick it on when I'm in a 30 zone, just to make sure I don't creep over.

ndjohnson (Nic) organised a group buy of five, I seem to remember. I think he sold his truck so I'm not sure if he still comes on here - may be worth a PM to see if he's got the distributor's details. Maybe you could organise your own group-buy! There's a lot more newshape owners on now than there was a year ago...

All in, it was around £230 IIRC.

I'd pay £230 for the kit... I agree, very good at keeping your speed in check!... I'll wait til after mot time, then might enquire about group buy ..

Hey concept, my side repeaters only took just over 1 week... Worth the wait, altho, you do need to cut a bit off to make them fit. Very easy tho

Drop Nic a PM - I think it took him several months to get the group buy together, so it's not likely to be a quick exercise for you either!
