Hi guys,, I replaced a timing and balance belt along with the tensioners on my old k74 with the help of the how to on this forum 😄.. I’ve now upgraded and bought 2011 and it needs the belts doing is it a very similar job? Also what is the interval for the belts?
Thanks

Fairly, the complete kit from Milners worked for me when I got mine, enjoy pulling the pin at the end of the job. It can be a bit of a squeeze tho.
Mits say 60K in "regular" use... but it's a quick job to at least check visually and give the belt a tug when the bonnet's open for something else.
Anything is possible, all you need is imagination or own a bank!

The belts are almost exactly the same. So if you cane do a k74 you can do a b40.
Interval on them is 62,500 miles
