Im rebuilding my 4d56T engine and noticed the gear that sits on the end of the crank which drives the oil pump is cracked. Since this gear sits inside the oil pump and meshes to an outer gear is it possible that it will fail totally and cause bad damage? This is whats broken. Ill order one but will it be ok running for a few days like it is?
