Hi folks,
Another query,
2012 Warrior on 120,000miles, has a bit of a knocking from the near side upon start up and also when under slight load when pulling away from junctions etc. Sometimes does it at idle as well. Got a new transfer box mount/roll stopper and fitted it today. Still knocking, any ideas on what else it could be.? If I stick it in gear and slowly release the clutch to biting point I can get it to replicate the knocking which disappears when the revs are increased.
Thanks,
Dave.

Hi mate does the knocking go away when you depress the clutch peddle. And how many miles has it done and has timing belt bee. Done recently

Hi Scot,
No, depressing the clutch makes no difference, raising the revs gets rid of the noise. Truck has done 121,000 miles and timing belt was done just before I bought it last month. Changed the transfer box mount but still ther although it did quieten down for a while last week when I adjusted the mount a bit.

I had a knock that was driving me mad for a while till I found out what it was
turned out mine was coming from the passenger side side-step
a small strategically placed piece of rubber instantly gave me a silent truck once more
mine only did it at certain revs (low revs) and when going over pot holes and the like
