Hi, the green 4wd indicator light on the dash is not coming on at all. The 4wd itself is working fine, i have checked the bulb, the 4wd actuator is moving as it should, solenoids are ok, i removed switch from actuator/diff and bench tested, ok. I even changed the 4wd ecu in the passenger footwell and still no light. The other day it did flicker very briefly when in 4wd but stationary with engine running. Think it must be something simple somewhere. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Mine once did this and it was the connections in the wiring where it came up by the drivers side wheel. They basically had loads of corrosion in the plugs. I just removed the plugs and had it hard wired straight through. Do a continuity check on the wires from the switch to the ecu. Even if it’s not that then it’s one less thing to rule out.

All done now. It was a bad connection at the grey connector for the gearbox switches.
