engines good, no head problems, pipes in engine bay to heater matrix are hot, so presuming as both are hot matrix is passing water , this can be checked next week when I fit new rad, but under the impression that the heater valve/flap control mechanism is stuck in off position.
its a 07 warrior, can you tell me what sort of control gear/resistor etc is the common fault on these. thanks

ps. new water pump fitted and thermostat ,only changing radiator as a precaution due to age.
