I really need some help with this one I have a 2008 warrior and she's blowing white smoke at 2000 to 3000 rpm and sounds rough there's also a whooshing noise when you take your foot off the throttle I've checked loads of things but I can't find the problem it's driving me and the father in law up the wall, has anyone had any experience with this problem we really need your help! It's been off the road a week now and I need it for work. I've changed the scv, checked the maff sensor and for air leaks in fuel system, the boost pipe was blocked and we've cleared it but still no changed.

Yes mate and it smells of diesel, it's not losing water or and cream around the oil cap

Have you checked for oil in engine. Mine does this because oil is leaking into the engine and when it gets a lot, it over runs and burns out through the turbo. If it is this, be careful because you might not be able to cut it off and it will run until it burns through all the oil and it will be fooooobed

If it stinks of diesel then it sounds like its maybe misfiring higher up the Rev range on a cylinder. That could also explain it sounding rough I suppose. Perhaps an injector sticking open. I’m only thinking of options and ideas here. I’m not saying that’s what it is. When u got some dodgy glow pugs on big tractor engines it will blow white/grey smoke out on first start and sound rough as the cylinders with shit glow plugs will misfire till they get warm and catch. Similar signs with a miss fire. Any chance you could borrow a set of injectors to swap for a test. I say borrow as they would be bloody expensive to go buy a set for it not to be that. Perhaps a forum member has a set spare to lend.

Sorry, just realised. I meant have you checked for diesel in the engine oil not oil in the engine. Diesel gets into my oil and blows out smoke on first start up. Over time the oil level rises and blows out more at lower revs
