Today's feast of fun started with lifting the front bumper back up to the body line. Then onto removing the rear bumper, just to tidy up the backend.Took a couple o measurments for this exhaust thingyme I hopin to pull off.Thought about washin it,then realised me beer was goin warm,so that did'nt happen,phew....

Ordered a drum brake kit from Milners,it consists of two drums,a set of shoes and the springy thingamys that hold them to the backing plate.Ordered them late Friday afternoon, got em Monday morning,£67 delivered...
Fitted them today and not to soon, shoes worn down to nothing and one of the pins that hold the shoes on was snapped. Also the outer ring of the drivers side drum was sheared off.Me thinks I was lucky....
Check out the pics....

Just looked at your pics,a wee bit of a mess.
I've got my eye on the Milners set you bought and doing the front at the same time .Just over £100 for the 4 corners,a bargain!Might just put on procomps whilst the wheels are off. Just can't decide what colour of gaters? Decisions, decisions,

They were on the way out to be honest, but the offside rear was a bit sus.Anyway went out playing with a couple o mates, caught both rears on rocks while crossing a stream.Peeled the tread from the offside and cut the wall on the nearside.Just thrown on a couple of a/t's I had knocking about for now.Better get the money together for some new ones...

Trayback is underway.Day one,tub off,cut the chassis back to behind the shackles, ground off any unwanted brackets and metalwork, hit the chassis with a wire brush and gave it a good power wash.Did a mock up where the spare and van vault are going...

Pics in my gallery...
