Hearth penetrates the room too much..

Regulations dictate a minimum of 14 inches from the leading edge of the fire

That looks nearer to 15" to me

14 is a minimum, so could be 15

just bought one too!! need it fitted once laminate floor is down, close friend has a granite slab for us we got a 4-6kw fire only need 5 so happy days. bought from rangemoors in Devon where my bruv works
