Did a bit of work to the truck today, Have fitted a set of buldog spacers, removed egr and egr cooler, and fitted new glow plugs and cleaned buzz bar up, starts like a dream and handles better, slight bit of catching on corners now, will get pics up soon

Angle grinder will be coming out today, hopefully just a little trim and gonna try and change the torsion on it to lift a bit, have plans eventually to lift a few inches but want to sort other bits our first.

if you follow the how to on doing the torsion bar lift ..... once you've got the locking nut out of the way (the top of the 2 nuts on the thread) , make sure you have a spanner on the lower nut when you adjust the torsion bar bolt from underneath (if that makes sense) or nothing will happen

Then the carbon front badge as it never had a badge when i got it



Then the Alpine iPod/iPhone compatable head unit, with hands free setup inc the microphone in the truck



Then I got the Coopers fitted

Then fitted a new buzz bar and glow plugs and removed my EGR and cooler

Next was the spacers

After catching problems caused i broke one of my front arches, so removed the other and have trimmed back the bumper, removed the mudflaps and removed the outer metal support behind the bumper

So figured if i was going to modify my truck i might aswell do it properly


So ordered theses from xjapun

and these from Jo (CCcreations)

Huge thanks to Jo for making these just waiting for them to turn up hopefully tomorrow

and a nice pic showing why i haven't been doing much to the truck at the moment.
