Just wondering how long it takes for the access email to be sent out?

I've received the one where I'm informed I have guest access but nothing received since [wail] signed up yesterday morning

Welcome to the Forum.

Once Admin has been on and activated your account , your name will turn Green, allowing slightly more access . You will then get a Welcome post giving you ( and any others on the welcome post ) , information on how to upgrade to a full 'Blue ' member who can see te whole site. The reason we do this is to stop scam/spam/Bots form filling the site full of rubbish.
The reason we have to wait for Admin , is that Admin is the only one who has the rights to upgrade people.

In the meantime any questions for the collective , please ask away , as all can see your posts and hopefully an answer will be given.
