Firstly , welcome to the forum. Secondly , could you turn your caps lock off please. It looks like you are shouting.

Is the vehicle an auto or a manual? 4life/4work/raging bull/warrior/animal/elegance/diamond ?
For the water to pushed into the header tank I think there are bigger problems possibly. There is no direct radiator upgrade I am aware of. I am sure with fabrication you could put an electric fan in , but not sure it would solve pushing the water into the header

As far as I know they are timing belts and I am not sure what a ' tripel duplex chin up grad ' even is

Many tow with the L200 and have no issues but no pickup is legally able to tow 5 tons on the UK roads, 3 ton, poss 3.5 tons yes but not 5 , so be careful with those sort of loads , I really wouldn't recommend towing above any vehicles listed capabilities ...

Hi sorry about the caps being on
Anyway 4life 2009 I have towed for years
The weight limit is 3.5 tons
But even that would not be able
Towing 1.8 tons at 60 mph
I am just wondering if it is a design fault
That the rad is on the end of the rad nier to the thermal stat
Which alow the hot water to go in the header tank
When towing
Is there a racing rad were the main cap is in the middle
The truck drives fine when not layden but towing it overheats
I have to put full fan on and take it very easy
If you are towing a caravan it would not be nice stopping to cool the engine down
Thank you
If you have any in put please wright

Is it a manual or an automatic gearbox?
