hi guys im in the process of registering on the forum couple of questions
1 how much diffrece does the egr delete make
2 what are the key things to watch out for
mien is a 2004 l200 warrior with 88k on the clock
it dont make much of a difference perfomance wise it is just piece of mind as the egr cooler can go porus and release exhaust gases into the coolant and give you HGF.
at 88k I would definatly be removing the egr and cooler ASAP

From Chester Yeh looking at blanking it off and cleaning / stripdown of the intakes possible turbo decoke too

oven cleanner for the turbo dont leave it on too long
