How about a nice dual readout of water temps upper and lower.

Replaced the single measurement one i put i the dash a while back. Think there's pics of it in the "What have you done to your truck blog". Dont think ive got any pics of the double one as yet. You could always make a black backing template to change the binacle hole to a 52mm. Only a matter of cutting out a bit of black plastic and bonding it to binacle to leave the 52mm viewing hole.

Hmmm.... Rectangle one looks ok, but yeah, would probably look poo in the standard binacle.

Nope i cheated. I dont like the inserts so i piggybacked the original top aircon/water temp sensor and then tapped out the thermostat housing to take another temp sensor.

It is if you place it in the housing before the actual thermostat. The housing that the bottom rad hose fits onto. Is the same as placing an insert into the lower rad hose but with far less worries of things like clips corroding or leaks from pipe to insert.

Yup. Just looking at your housing which appears shallower to mine ( mine has different w/pump to yours .) Should still be possible but you're gonna need to go in more horizintally i reckon. Take a look.. Werbung: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MITSUBISHI-L20...gIXALI_OuItJz7w

I might get a metal piece for the bottom hose as the hose is kinked from the 3" lift any way and a metal insert will fix that kink if done right
