RHP SF Series 4 Bolt Square Cast Iron Housings: Bearing units supplied with a sealed full width bearing insert fitted in the cast iron housing and includes a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft after installation.
The insert can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required

I have 5 of these, £12 each posted.

What sort of applications would these have Jon? As I have no idea what they even are!

Flipping heck, now there's a question, If you have something with a 25mm dia that you need to turn or spin then these are what you need, axle bearings, wind sock, conveyor rollers, crusher rollers, winch drum etc etc. 1001 uses really, model engineering etc.

Roughly?? Are they no wider than 4". Pasture topper blew the nearside bearing out at the weekend and they look like they might do as replacements if I use two together.

I have an idea for these if anyone fancies making a full length roofrack with a spare wheel carrier which goes over the rear window.

@WelshMart is making a fold way rear carrier at the moment. Maybe of use to him.

Aha but my idea is an up & over so would secure the tub as well
