What is the pattern like with these or are they the ones that just blind anyone driving towards you?

I'm glad this has been posted. I've been meaning to ask about headlights. I've tried Osram night breakers and now have HID bulbs. Although both are brighter than the standard bulbs, neither is what I was hoping for. Modern vehicles still have far brighter headlights.

Do these really do the job? Can anyone vouch that they are better than Osrams or HIDs?

So, hopefully this photo upload will work! The first 2 are the standard bulbs, the second 2 are the LED's. It wasn't very dark when I took the LED pics - had to go shopping - but they definately have a better light output and colour!
