Oh now Krutters ... I didn't have you down as one of the PC brigade! But come to think of it I couldn't make out the colour of your Busa under all that snow foam. It wouldn't happen to be cerise by any chance ... would it?

Real men wear PINK Swagger . Pink is always going to be controversial, but then its my company colors so it makes sense plus its going to stand out like a sore thumb which is what I need. I don't need people to necessarily like it, just notice it

Some goodies arrived Monday from Milner, great service and speedy delivery which is always welcome ;). So here is what was ordered :

Front polyurethane arb bushes
Front polyurethane droplink bushes
Decat pipe
Passenger side door switch for interior light
2x Front crystal clear indicator and side side light lenses
1x Light bar pre made loom

Got the light bar wired up, removed the factory radio ariel and ran the thick light bar loom through the hole into the cab and down the A-pillar. I have ordered a rear window mounted ariel now so this shall ensure radio stations work if needed. The ANNT light bar produces some serious light and I am very pleased with it however there is some condensation appearing so I shall take apart and re seal my way to ensure it is going to be as good as possible.

Front clear lenses take years off the front of the truck and the RING 27smd led side light bulbs look a lot better and sharper through them than the standard lenses. I have yet to install the decat and bushes but I shall do this on the weekend and the see if she over boosts, if so I'll sort that out too along with plumbing in a Defi boost gauge. Added some more stickers to the back window also, love my stickers especially when they help increase sales .

So some quick snaps taken :

More to come....

Hi AD, thank you for the info. My rear shocks are knackered as well as rear springs so want to do a suspension upgrade so was planning on suspension lift kit 1-2". Did not see one in their website. Thinking of going for Pro Comp ES9000 shocks all round but unsure of what rear springs to use and also can the front standard torsions be wound up a little to accommodate 1-2" lift front shocks or do they need changing also. Open to hear all thoughts and experinces.

Thanks again

Thanks Chef, I was hoping to hear that . Back springs are very bad now with 2 leafs on back left nearly gone. Just noticed how much worse they have gotten as I was under truck doing front arbs etc and had a poke around else where . For a 1" lift do I need extended rear shackles and do you have any rear spring recommendations? Thank you for the advice and help .

Evening all, just a small update on the donkey . I managed to get my Milner front anti roll bar poly bushes and front poly drop link bushes done over the weekend. I was hoping to get my decat done but lack of time and some very rusted exhaust bolts put a hold on me doing it until tomorrow evening. The truck feels much better on the road now with the new bushes up front and the anti roll bar has stopped rattling around which is always nice .

So for now some pictures, and one pic of a very wet underside of the engine due to the shagged crankshaft oil seal which I really do need to replace along with my nice broken rear springs......the truck realises its landed in a good home and is saying "I want this, this, this and this, oh and this too" .

Thanks @Antonio . Lots more jobs to do but thankfully its all run of the mill maintenance due to natural wear and tear. Next to come is :

Crank oil seal
2x New rear springs
New shocks all round
New shock poly bushes
Raise the front torsions slightly
Alignment and tracking
Front pads and discs and new fluid

If get all the above done then hopefully I shall be able to let her be for a while and enjoy it. Looking to get a genuine L200 animal/warrior nudge bar but they seem hard to find over here!. Once I have that I shall repaint the front bumper and install it then tackle the passenger rear door dents. I think I shall be able to rectify them with no painting or filling necessary but time shall tell.

Hi folks,

Haven't been on for ages. Work has been hectic. Currently having fun removing the headliner to clean it, so far it's a PITA!!! hopefully get it out now front passenger seat is out.

Lots has been done even though I've been quiet. See below :

New rear springs
New rear shackles
New spring bushes
Timing belt done
Thermostat done
New rad hoses done
Aluminium radiator done
Green Performance induction kit
Decat done
Crankshaft oil seal done
Crankshaft pulley done
New aux belts done
Off-roading done loving it
Remote central locking done

Next things to get done will be front bumper painted, dent removed from rear pass door and rear tub and then a full machining finally .
