Hi,
I have had an SOS from a charity I work with in Romania. They have a 2004 Shogun Sport and the transfer box has gone.
I will be going back to Romania soon and so was going to try to get one and take it with me. My friend there is asking if there is a difference between a LHD and a RHD. His is LHD. Parts over here in the UK are so much cheaper than in Romania.
I am assuming the front axle will be different because of the steering but he also needs a front dif.
I am not at home so can't look at my manual, I am going to try and find one online to see the difference.
Any help in clarifying this would be appreciated. Also if anyone has one for sale obviously I am interested.
Thanks.

Thank you. Looking at the manual I couldn't see a mention of any differences other than the side the gear sticks went. That was then confusing.
Do you know if the front axle and front dif are the same too.

Yeah I can't see how it would be anything other than the dash and steering rack that's different. It would be an enormous expense for Mitsi to produce the same truck with left and right sided transfer systems.
