The plan is for him to send me the old arches and the bolt holes need to be intact and in the right place so when i make bigger ones they "should" just bolt straight on.

Thats why its turned into a pig of a job

cheers

It may come to that Lez.

Jo... just thinking outside the box here... would it be possible to do the more rounded ones but with the flat (vertical) edge of the more angular ones? If you get me? Guys... what do you lot think? Given that these will be available to all we best try to please the masses....

Sounds good to me can have like an inch lip and then start the curve. Maybe a very slight curve depending on how tall the arches are etc.

Yeah I think so.

Me and dad are working on what we're going to do with these arches to get them off. We'll figure it out somehow. If all else fails I will just have a new set sent to you. Thanks for your patience Jo.

Cool stuff mate.. Its all good dont rush, Im working my way through a list of arches as well so im not fussed when i get them mate

also as long as the hole is there, i will be putting a skin over it so you can take a grinder to the head of the screw as long as the hole is there so i can mark it, it does not matter if there is a nick or grove in the arch where the cutter went in.

Does that make any sense hahahaa
