bit of each B, and curiosity - I was looking at the back and it could do with some width, methinks. it may necessitate some sort of arch extension, but well worth a try.

get some 16x8 wheels like mine, will deffo give you the look your looking for, im not a fan of spacers

I can still remember the "planted" feel they give the classic B, and so, as I very much like the Barby alloys............ spacers it will be - but new ones as it was going to be a total bugger to get the old ones off, so I`ll just get new ones

16x8 wheels made a massive difference on mine. Think I'm gonna get spacers too now that it's lifted more

Remap tomorrow - I looked at the kit today - there is an additional valve that goes on the end of the fuel rail and is to stop the EML coming on. good looking equipment.

What sort of bhp will it be up to after the map? Will it also be tuned to improve mpg?

210hp from 178hp, 471Nm from 401Nm RPG has seen an improvement in mpg.....i'll let you know Luke

So. power is indeed much smoother feed in and 1000 revs lower. Also the power seems spread over a wider band of revs. very responsive for overtaking - v quick now. whether mpg will suffer as a result,we'll see, but....even nicer to drive now

Certainly twice what i have in the 4work which defo is like driving a tractor now (not that thats a bad thing)

probably is best part of twice the horsepower, as my classic had 113bhp when it was new ........... ten years down the road and it may be less I fear

Are you turning into a speed freak?
210 BHP ? its a 2 Tonne truck, why do you need all that grunt on a farm track that u can only do about 5 - 10 MPH.
Mine goes like stink and is standard I think, i was spinning the wheels up this week and was only moist.

the point is the way the extra power comes in is totally different Nick - much lower down, so better for towing, and the mpg figs are very encouraging, we`ll see. Also of course I don`t spend all the time on farm tracks or in the forest - and if every other justification fails........why not?

Hold ya horses.......I was chatting to the tuner (whom I know through a friend) from dnatuning.com last sunday.

They are moving to a new premisis soon - complete with rolling road etc.

Due to my reasonably quick previous 0-60 time, it's going on the rolling road to see what it's got - then the remap discussions shall begin

No towing this week and nudging 38 potting about. Long run to Devon Tuesday so will sit at 70 n see.
