Boost/vacuum hose

Hi guys,
1 day when I fit my boost gauge, I think I'm gonna replace the whole pipe that goes from the manifold to the boost sensor behind the inter cooler cos it looks like it'll crumble if I go anywhere near it... Lol
What does the inside diameter of the pipe need to be? Is it 6mm?

Funny that, I was just about to replace mine too. For silicon hose. I was just going to get a vernier on the hose barb.
