Shadow Warrior Build

#1 by CallumD , Sun May 13, 2018 1:33 pm

Got my Warrior a while back, Thought i would share with you all what i have done with it so far.
First was to de-chrome it all. As i am going for an all black look.
Painted The Mirrors, Grill And Roll-Bar. Put some New rear lights on Also,
Most likely going to tint/smoke them a little.
I will keep Updating this when i get the chance.
Hopefully the images uploaded, not sure the best way to do that :/

With the oil leak . Check the rocker cover gasket and half moon seal. My old truck was l3aking everywhere and th3 last owner had been quoted up to 1k to fix it . I changed the gasket and seal for £10 and voila no more oil leak .

As Animal says , half moon seal at the back of the head is notorious for leaking on these

Also got a new radiator as it was leaking, But still seems to leak cant see a leak anywhere
but when i check the radiator i cant see the coolant anymore, so gotta keep refilling it. Loses about 1 litre at most. Anyone any ideas of what that could be

Fitted New Gauges just need to wire the water temp sensor up
Also painted some dash parts.
Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

May have found the cause of the Radiator losing coolant
One of the heater pipes has a hole in it and leaking out coolant, there could be more holes so gonna keep looking.
