I may be a bit unsure about the babyface looks of the prams, but there are a select few which IMO look brilliant. Yours being one of them. I am quite jealous of the Morocco trip too.

gotta agree with you there mate! the new shapes have grown on me but you gotta mod them quite a bit to look good.

i'm not keen on the new barbarians, but, I LOVE the barbarian black in white or red!

I had a great time in Morocco

The trip was awesome a proper adventure, the truck ran like a dream and didn’t use any water or oil over the 5000 mile trip, driving through France and Spain was a doddle epically being so comfy and with Cruise control it was like sitting in the arm chair with 360 degree HD screen. The dune jumping gave me some issues with the canopy as I lost one side completely due to the aluminium strip coming off hence nothing for the clamps to grab hold of other than the fiberglass and on the other side some of the clamps came off so after putting the clamps back on the good side the other side was held on with a Gclamp and I drilled some holes though the fiber glass and used cable ties, my roof tent slid done my roof and nearly left the roof and entered my bonnet after nose diving in to the sand after a unexpected large drop off the back of a dune but luckerly the clamps got wedge as the contours of the roof/windscreen which gave me a nice sun visor lol, I lost a jerry can out the roof rack at one point but a back up bungie saved me from losing it but as a result it was banging against the side of the truck bed which will now need a bit of tcut, but in the end it was all good apart from a few small dents and some scratches nothing major probably 175-200 notes to be put back to perfect. My truck was a bit over loaded for all the hang time I was getting and it went a bit saggy so I had a rear Suspension lift done while I was out there so 5 Moroccans 2 hours later all done, the back came up sweet.

I wouldn't say I was not worried about wrecking it but sometimes you just have to risk it, I was glad I had a nice comfy truck though and being and 07 it new enough not to worry about breakdowns etc as much as the other older motors we took, a 94 Land Rover Discovery which we pretty much stripped and rebuilt beforehand and had only a couple of small problems to deal with and a 95 Defender which wasn't prepared enough and as a result they left England twice in it and returned in a seat Ibiza lol

I hope to get back to Morocco again this year and if not next year, also I have Tunisia, Croatia on my list of places to take it too but not sure when as of yet but my Diamond will be my weapon of choice

Thanks matey that was the look I was going for, I too was unsure about the new shape myself that’s why I went with the classic 1st but once I convinced myself I could make a pram look good I went for it.

The Morocco trip was pretty cool and I can’t wait to do it again and now I have done it once a return trip will not be such a mission, just need money and time lol

Cheers mate, doing any kind of road trip is cool but going Overland to north africa is pretty cool and can't wait to have another crack, I would recommend it to anyone wanting an adventure.

yeah I agree you need to make the truck your own by doing a few mods.

The only true way to modify a pram is to throw the body away and put a classic body on the chassis............
