Mine is a k74 2006...vv turbo...Someone kindly posted a techhnical bulletin from Mitzi.....It states max boost pressure is 200kpa...Is that ...200-110 (atmospheric pressure)= 90 kpa above atmospheric. In other words should my boost gauge only go up to 90kpa (approx) and read zero with the engine turned off?? I hope this isn't too anorak but before I buy a boost gauge I just want to get the right scale! Ta Nik

It says 200 because the MUT II reader sees the signal to the ecu, which at sea level is 1 bar, (14.7psi) or 100 kpa.. Your boost gauge does not read atmospheric it reads gauge pressure. So zero is 100kpa atmospheric.. Hope that makes sense? Full boost you should see around 1.2 bar for short periods.

Isn't that why the gauge swings +/-?
