Hi guys i have said on here before i have a l200 that in stripping down to change the front panel as the old one has rotted out

Can any one tell me the name of the part i have ringed in the attached image
And also what it bolts on to ?

I cant see any fixing points in the new panel

Just seen you cant post images... its the l shape part on the right anx left side which i think the black bumper tucks into
