Hi, yes I tried that but apparently I needed my password to do it?! Bit odd. I will try again later, if not I will try getting in touch with them, thanks

The fact two people are having the same issue makes me think there may be a system glitch, I will email the hosts.

In the meantime, same advice as the other thread, as I don't have access to passwords

Did the captcha complete successfully?
If you are using adblock, it may cause errors, so turn off any adblock for xobor pages.
Try clearing your cache then logging in again
The reset is sent to your email, If you need me to check which email you registered with, let me know.
Sometimes there can be a glitch one day, which the hosts fix within a day or two.

If none of that works then you may need a new account.
