Relatively simple to drop onto the standard seat carriage - and generally you'll find a cheap or even free pair easy enough locally.

Thetes no welding to do . As basil said they fit into the standard seat carriage almost straight away so just a bit of unbolting and swapping of parts etc .I paid £30 for them locally

A few more pics of fitting the passenger side seat and where a small mod is needed on the standard frame to fit the back of the seat

Thankyou .
They are painted with truck bed liner from halfords, just key them up all over with a scotch pad or scourer, then mask up the sills to stop overspray, and spray them in 3 coats.
It puts a tough rubbery type coating on them .

how much does this stuff cost?

Animal,

Truck's coming along and looking great. Not sure about the green, but as they say, each to their own. Does look good thought.

How easy was it to spray up the dash. Been toying with doing mine a deep purple or blue. Any tips or bits to watch out for?

Ed

It's pretty easy to be honest mate . Everything unbolts or unscrews easily enough , the main thing is to take your time with the prep work . The best thing to do to prep up the panels if you don't have the equipment like I do for work is to use a kitchen scourer and some decent washing up liquid as it's a great degreaser and the scourer will key up the panel nicely .
Then put a few coats of plastic primer on them in light coats using a heat gun or hair dryer between coats . Then again in light coats apply the colour coat until it's fully covered .
Then when dry refit to vehicle .
If you need any further advice just ask .

Depends if your using a Matt finish paint like I did or are after a shine .
If using a shiny paint then yes 2 - 3 coats of laquer to give it a finish and shine
