right up the back there should be protected a littlee by the tyre, the tyre should be lifting the truck by the time the rock got close to the tailpipe I would have thought.. under the worst case I agree Oliver, but for the general off roader it'll be fairly safe.

Got my new addition waiting to go on , I've just got to fab up some backing plates to reinforce the roof fir fitting them.
I saw the sane of these on steakys truck and thought they looked awesome

Cheers animal, I like the look or the bars too, did they come wih a weight spreading plate for inside. Have you actually put any weight on the bars yet? Or are they just for looks

I havnt fitted mine yet , I'm having some strengthening plates made to bond to the inside of the roof first. I'll let you know how they perform once fitted.

Right I've fitted them (what a pita it was too) but they look awesome .
If anyone does fit these then you have to cut 6.5" off each of the cross bars as they are way too wide lol but it's easy to do .

if you could take a pic in daylight that would be even better
and better still if you can take a pic of them fitted to a red over silver classic that would be ideal
