Just started raining...So while I wait to see if it stops il just update where I am...
Taking out the centre console.

Below you can see the four screws that hold the handbrake part in..two in the box and two under hand brake

why are you removing the console ?


As you can see above now I'm just doing bodylift and need to adjust small gearstick + I have loads of wires and switches to finish installing on centre.

Finished the lift on the other side this morning and that's the cab done, will post pics of when I do the tub.
Raised front bumper brackets...
This is the original position

Drill a hole the hight of the lift you have done

Simply bolt it on and drill a hole for the lower bolt

Will start to work on bumper tomorrow morning, I know this may be basics for some but may help some of our newer members if they want to do there own

Centre console back in and all interior fastened down....

So I cut a piece out at the front

And moved everything redrilled holes etc

It's left a little gap at the back but not gonna close it yet as still have lots of things to do.

Wheel bearings tightened and manual hubs on too. Trimmed the rear of the front wheel arches to have clearance for tbs tyres.
Will start work on it again all day today, and it's in workshop Tomorrow morning. Just hope it's ready for Friday night.

Back end finished, New led number plate lights and plate on, front end all built up again too.
Just hope mechanic can sort brakes out quick tomorrow...

Truck still in workshop, go check what's happening in morning. While I'm waiting building a rack to go over back tub and a box for generator, tools, cans and spare etc.Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
