I really can't see it being a servo problem.
Have you had the rear drums off yet?

Sounds like a sticky calliper ... Cos a stuck slider will give you 'brakes' but the as it shifts to allow the othe pad to come forward, you'll get a sudden slight pressure drop, which would show as the symptoms you describe.... Master cylinder seals would show as a steady lowering of the pedal when the pressure is held on as it creeps past the seals..... And there's now't worse than having something creep past ya seals....

It does sound like a ke a weep somewhere, corroded pipes etc..seems very odd.but,I can concur what lez says about the sliders.my brakes were binding on due to stuck sliders,I had permenant brake fade.now sorted I press the brake and get thrown forward...

I reckon you may have a vacuum leak in the system somewhere

If you ain't got brake fluid leaking out and a drop in the level then as Chef says you must have a vac leak as the pressure loss can't be fluid

When engine is running I can get pressure by pumping again and now i can hold the pressure longer than before. When we were bleedin this time we felt the peddle only went so far and no more. Like the pressure was better than ever but it only brought the peddle so far and then no more improvment after that position.

I tend to agree, had a Merc G Wagen like that once if I remember correctly. Loss of pedal when engine on, didn't "feel" like a master cylinder gone bad.

Get one piece of vac pipe(long) and just try it on each section testing brakes as you go,It will the. Show the weak link replace it then your mobile, I would then just replace them all at a convenient time
