So to recap, I haven't read it all.
What are the front pads like ? If low you can get a shit pedal
Sliders ? I think I read there ok as this can give you a shit pedal and require a few pumps.
Dose air come out every time you bleed them ? If so you got something letting in air .
What are the brake flexis like ? They can break up inside and then hold a brake on causing the next time you brake to take a few pumps like seized sliders.
If you turn the car off, leave it for 5 mins dose the pedal go rock hard ? If that happens vaccum is leaking somewhere.
On the front calipers can the pistons be pushed all the way back and do they pump back out ?
You could take it to a garage aand ask for a roller brake test with printout the figures can give you a rough idea where the problem may lie .
Hope you sort it dude.

As has been said before, check vacuum pipes first before buying the servo.
