Danne, I'll post a few tomorrow,
You may want to know that the holes pre-cut for the headlight washers are not big enough they needed "adjustment" on mine to make them sit down a bit.
Also the holes cut for the indicators are too wide and the inner plates needed to be moved slightly with the precision adjuster (hammer) to get them into the proper position to grip the lights properly.
other than that it was a straightforward fit.
Cheers
Malky

Danne - another pic for ya -
note where the handle for the brake disengage comes through the plate? yeah they dont provide a slot you gotta mark it up and get it cut out yourself - and the bolts to secure the top plate down are m8x25 they also dont supply those but have threded the receiving plate.
cheers
Malky

Rob - £880 ish - once you add the super rediculous postage cost to here in the wild and wooly north and the 8 metres of welding cable I neded to extend the cabling to put the control box between the battery and the cab bulkhead......it said to mount it under the bonnet away from potential water ingress.....
Danne,
It does sit a little lower than the standard fitted bumpers, the gap between the headlights and the top of the bumper is about 22mm ish but to be frank, considering the faffing it would take to modify the mounting brakets I decided not to bother as It's no longer my main motor and will be purely a recreational vehicle once the missus decides exactly what car she wants......
cheers

So as my week off draws inevitably towards its onclusion and I have to sacrifice my time to the great god of wages and go back to work I'm looking back on my week off and thinking progress has finally been made.
Oil change done
old bumper off new bumper fitted
new winch fitted wired in and tested.
tub completely removed
the entirity of all rear chassis and axles fuel tank etc was stripped down, primed two coats of paint and then a coat of bitumen based undersealer.
the rest of the chassis rails forward of the tub were stripped back primed sprayed and undersealed - awkward with the cab on.
side steps removed
truckman canopy removed.
tub re-instated and truck back on road.
Still on the to- do list:
EGR KIT
Decide on locate and install alternative tub cover.
decide on lighting bar - front and rear.
investigate rear winch mounting options
to lift or not to lift
Tyres - muds but what?
cheers
Malky

Good work buddy, definitely want to get the tub off now. So much easier for cleaning and waxing up that end of the chassis. To add to your list, a 'how to' needs posting me thinks Malky!!
