I shouldn`t have gone to get it before it was finished - nothing worse than the customer showing up before everythings squared away on a job - but he`s got a biiig problem with the screw damage cos the outside paint is starred/cracked - as he`s a bodyshop, I`ll be wanting it done proper - not just blown over.

still not an excuse, if they want to listen to a radio then they should buy one. The reason they will be using the truck radio is that you dont need the licence from the performing arts society but you do with a static radio in the workplace as its broadcasting to an audience.

Once it's fixed you should get it lowered on a set of nice 20 or 22" rims. They look well smart

that would look hilarious out here Mick

Theres only one lowered car that I`ve seen on Lewis and thats a P reg SRI cavalier and I don`t think its been lowered on purpos, its just decended over time lol.

I know what you mean about the radio. I had this happen years ago so when I put mine in anywhere I put a cd in and turn the volume to maximum before turning it off, scares the living crap out of whoever turns it on next ........... which is normally me when I've forgotten what I've done

I dint think I'd be too happy in your situation Bas, if I'd done any damage myself I wouldn't mind but when someone else has done it ..... not good

well alls well that ends ok....... ish. spoke to the owner of the paint shop - he was ok as I was and we agreed that I wouldn`t punch him until the job was finished = I now have the shiniest tub in christenden! all marks gone, dent taken out and sorted, plus they waxoyled the tub before they put the loadliner back in - all for £120. heres the result...

Happy isnt really the word mate, cos I do prefer the open back with bars look, TBH, but needs must - I don`t want the inside filled with shite this time so it has to go outside = must have a lid and I don`t like sheds on the tub
