Well now it's the wipers that have a problem, if the motor is not linked up it runs ok...linked up under load it's burning fuse out, just waiting on post the next few days for a replacement. It's raining and need the truck for work... Will have to drive with care no choice 😔

Yes still no result and motor gets really hot so think it's gone.
What I need to do is run a couple of switches from inside with direct power so if I have such problems with anything I can test or override by roadside.

checking truck out today as I hadn't started it since last event few weeks ago. Cutting to chase Bubbles coming through radiator and water going down quickly, no leaks so think it's gone. Time to consider engine swap I think.

Well been a while since I did anything to the pick up 🙁

As i have MOT in a couple of weeks I decided to do it today and see what needs doing. I knew I needed to change altanator so I did this morning or I know I would kill another battery soon.
On the way to MOT place (about 25miles away) truck started to get just above half way on gunge ( it never goes over half way) so I stopped and as soon as I opened bonnet steam everywhere 😕
So let it cool topped up coolant and back home, stopped twice to make sure I didn't run too hot.
So iv just stripped it out and found it clogged, was sure I cleaned it last time at KORC but I guess not.

So once cleaned normally it would take 30mins to get back in......but being my truck as always when the rad came out it took the bottom brackets with it 😣
So now I have to fabricate new fixing points

It is an l200 , you have to take the book time of the job and then factor in the "I just bloody snapped it " and " crap it just fell off "

I asked my MOT tester and he said to keep it on 🙁
This one is a cheap one off eBay (£45), see how it fares

as always things never go to plan and it's been a busy weekend
Started on rear brakes, old cylinders off they are all seized up new ones on, had to make new brake lines as old ones wouldn't come off.
A Bolt snapped when I loosened brake valve so will have to drill/tap, then make rest of brake pipes
