Sometimes the light just jumps up and down, the motor won't settle - last owner had unplugged it. It's one of those annoying things that I don't really notice when I drive it so it's gone to the bottom of the list. Doesn't do it all the time, and I never bothered to try work out what it was.

brake line burst 2 weeks agao with a full full load of logs! driving home 1 hour through London was exiting with no brakes!

Update new brake line fitted!
Slush puppy coolant over the cold snap, made the truck over heat so a quick drain out of 1 liter of coolant topped but up with 1L on neat old school blue wont happen again
I also removed the back seats today ready to board it all out for tool storage.

The drivers side brake line burst yesterday just as I left work! one of my boys shat his pants so did I!

anyway slow drive home with no brakes bit hairy

I knew I should have changed both last time, anyway I had the new line ready so quick fix!

Quick 4K oil change today and had to drill and tap the bash plate bolt to M12 the threads had worn away

so the old girl has had a new lease of life! 2nd hand ECU, ingniton barrel and immobiliser fitted now the rev counter works and the EML is off for now too

spent a 13 hour day on the truck yesterday stripping it down and changing the head. today I will flush the block, drop the oil re fit the manifolds ect re route and re jig the coolant pipe work and hopefully get the thing started got a few oil leaks to fit so it might drag out until tomorrow too
