I would use silicon instead of the weather strip too whatever colour suites

if u did fit them I would make sure u paint the holes u drill too and perhaps take the plastic liner out and cavity was behind there

fitted a nice steering damper to it today wow what a difference takes all the bump steer out well nearly all of it

Adjusted the brake compensation valve truck stops better now
yesterday found a missing bottom shock mounting bolt so that got treated to a new one along with a poly bush

just dropped the fluids front and rear diffs rear was minging
gear box and transfer box were not too bad front diff was fine only fitted the lokka 2 years ago
all new fluids and dowty washers now jobs a good un!
truck 1 to do next.

I took the soundproofing off of the sump yesterday had not started the truck since then just got in it and I was wondering what the humming sound was so that part that helps to rust the sump out does actually do something

set the pump pre lift to 1mm and fitted another newly re furbished viscous fan

made a bracket up to sit behind the idler arm with a bearing at the bottom to protect the shaft against getting bent

drained the cooling system down and fitted the new ali rad
removed some of the redundant vac pipes and solenoids
found the 2 front shocks leaking plenty of oil so need to order some coil overs to replace them tomorrow!

did have warrior, but crossed over to disco 2.
Thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it was somebody with a torch bringing more work!

not sure yet! but I have to replace the heater matrix hose it is kinked I think this is the over heating cause
