I did mate I spent a weekend and lots of £££ its the next weekest link that breaks then isnt it! I give up I need to do a solid axle conversion or play softer

so it's not the uprated bits you've broken it's the un-up-rated bits that have become the weakest link now then ?

Problem is you keep uprating and sooner or later your steering box or the actual column become the weakest link

ha ha then ill need solid axle and hydro steer! i broke the cvs today and the bearing on the idler i made actually the uprated bits didnt break they only bent

Doesn't it worry you that the uprated bits bent? Especially as don't you sell some of these parts to others?

if they was not uprated they would have snapped like what happened to me at kirton 3 years ago

wow been so busy i aint posted here for nearly a year! been a busy year killed the alternator 2 weeks ago i am tired of replacing alternators so I got the top mount alternator fitted last night going out to test it next weekend in the kentish lanes @paulw tag along if you like @Major Malfunction is coming down for the weekend

since lockdown! i have had weekends to work on the truck it is getting a rear winch and a SOA upgrade to the rear then some chassis protection from se germans

so how do you make sure the axle doesn't shift backwards or forwards as the spring usually sites up with a pin doesn't it ?

i actually had to move the whole axle forward 1" because of the prop andle the prop came up too short with trig! not Trigger!
