Well done AD
I've done feck all for ages with a list as long as my arm which is annoying me so the truck is going to Kirton as it is except I'll really try and get the winch wired. :-(

Nothing, cos I nodded off on the sofa and now its raining.

Tomorrow got a small stone chip I want to touch in, and a camel cut on the front bumper as my spacered wheels rub a touch on full lock.

Changed prop shaft centre bearing and reused packers from old one. Fitted new shackles and bushes as old ones were knackered,
changed transfer oil and fitted a new towbar, also tightened up steering box as had a bit of play in the steering wheel, and redone rocker cover gasket as leak from half moon seal.

This week so far have tried to adjust the rear hatch on the sjs cover/hardtop still not quite right it still doesnt shut without a little help and seems to stick on one side when opening, also changed sidelights for some 20led sidelights and fitted a cable to rear of radio for an aux in which mounted by tje rear window switch which was surprisingly quite an effort as the thread of the 3.5mm jack is half the depth of the plastic

Well at least ya got a decent donor truck ,trying to put a positive spin on it.
Are you going the exoskeleton route on the next one if you are and using 2inch scaffold tube get the old stuff it's cheaper(building site)
It's thicker gauge than the new stuff but a wee bit heavier

Pressure washed the underneath yesterday! I think I brought half of Kirton back to Scotland with me! Finished cleaning it today and buffed a few scratches out! Next task is to move the towbar electrics onto the bodywork......

Yeah, all the parts I need are already here,so it just a case of swapping them over. And hopefully given the time and money a full exo-cage will get fitted...

Gave the l200 some loving yesterday, full service with the kit from milners. Also thanks to some info on here I managed to tighten my front wheel bearings. Has improved it massively but still getting a slight wobble through the steering so will replace the idler next

I snow foamed and pressure washed 2 tons of Kirton mud off mine today
not actually got round to emptying the back seats out of all the junk yet, but there is still plenty of room in the back for passengers as @StevieV will confirm
