Meant to do this yesterday, removed EGR and cooler, fitted de-cat pipe. Today had a look for the power chip (hasn't got one), checked for water leaks after removing egr cooler

My loom turned up for my lights so I just needed to make up an extension and check everything worked, I tapped it into my existing one for my front spots so now all six are working and come on with one switch just waiting for it to get dark. Oh and updated my signature.

Just fitted half of my exhaust then got bored and hungry so I'll be using it for the rest of the week with no silencer lol. Trouble is it sounds so cool that I know I'll keep putting off fitting the back box on now
All that's fitted is new downpipe and decat, pure turbo spool
Might make the rear section myself with no silencer or do a side exit, we shall see

sounds like you need a side exit exhaust Jason, tap "side exit" into the search box at the top and see what others have done (I have one on mine)

Only thing I was concerned about with a side exit is being prone to getting hit while green laning but I haven't really looked at where it will sit
I guess it will fit between the end of the step and the rear tyre?. I'll do some searching now...

Jason, have a word with @robert3040 as he (as well as others) has a side exit that has a detachable tail piece that can be removed when off roading to avoid damage

Just seen the pics of that. For me id rather not have to detach anything as I never plan to go off road lol just end up places
I'm going to have a measure up and see what I can do, if not will just cut the silencer out the new milners rear exhaust section and weld straight pipe in
I'm also thinking about going up slightly and coming out the bottom of the rear wing like I used to do on the discos, which should be easy enough as the tailpipe is there anyway, just need to go up slightly then out

I have currently got a standard exhaust with backbox removed, sounds good, have been thinking of rear wing exit too. Let me know how you get on

Will do, I think that is the best option, slightly higher for off road and wading so will benefit slightly

If your doing the lift stick the exhaust between the tub and the chassis, well protected then.I just think if it's out the back then you will end up clattering it at some point

...washed it from saturday/sunday mud, fill 'er up to the top cos the petrol prices went even lower than last week, bought some cheaper veg oil - but not sure when I'm gonna try it out, maybe after the winter.. and installed the power upgrade chip-thingy. So far, so good!

Today I raised the rear for more down force at 150mph+
Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
I then realised I can't reach that speed anyway so raised the front 2" to match
Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
So 2" body lift done, centre console etc etc is all done. Just gotta fit extended brake hoses (old ones removed to allow lift) then she's done, oh and lift the winch bumper which I've found a better way which won't take long. Will finish it off Saturday
