Moved the boost gauge out of the mitsi pod into its own one on top of the dash and now starting on the oil pressure one

hmm, done nothing for weeks!!
next weekend fingers crossed, start on winch bumper, snorkel, light guards, steering guard,new spots, all in time for Westerham and KORC!!

Just ordered 8ltrs of Shell Helix Ultra 5W-30, a Bosch oil filter and some other bits to do my first service on the truck. Euro Car Parts are doing a 20% off deal this weekend. So relatively inexpensive when you consider that the oil is already discounted by 20% of RRP.
I started life with nothing and I still have most of it left!

I sure is ... only this time I'll measure more accurately what can be drawn out. If I'm not happy that I get everything from the pan (6.5ltrs ... there's a further 0.8 in the cooler and 0.1 in the filter) I'll pull the sump plug. This one isn't too critical as the oil was changed at its first service and again when I bought it @ 1,800 miles. It's only just done 5,000 now and is still pretty clean.
I started life with nothing and I still have most of it left!
