mmm... not quite there yet mate. Have given them a few coats of hammerite though - need to get it up on some wheel ramps sometime to make drilling out all the broken bolts a bit easier. Also want to change all the knacky springs in the box first

Sorry, bit late on this one. there's 3 horizontal springs that hold the selector forks in the right places and one that comes down keeping the stick centred. (Have done the 2 neutral return springs already). Think these are all knackered as I've got water leaking into the box - need to drop it when I have the time to sort it out.

Not sure mate - think it must be getting in one of the access hatches at the top - second time I've done the box oil and getting out more than I put in and its all emulsified brown shite - plus the neutral return springs were all rusty / broken / seized

I bought some high temp silicon up to 600+deg for the log burner flue, might work?
did have warrior, but crossed over to disco 2.
Thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it was somebody with a torch bringing more work!

Hope the gearbox ain't getting that hot! have got some oil resistant silicon that will do the job, it's just getting access to it - prob need to drop the box so might as well do the clutch at the same time - will have a go before next winter weather sets in.
