Well not just today but the entire weekend!! Took bloody ages. But if it's done right it should last me another 4 years like it did last time.
Just a quick pic of the back half.

I don't want to see a needle gun or a wire brush for a bloody long time.

Am good thanx lee. I really hate doing it but it's just one of those jobs that needs doing. There are some firms that do it but they charge a bomb.

It's does make the truck look better. Just time consuming.
Did you paint the panel under the screen??

Yes i roughed up the panel with some fine grit paper and gave it a couple of coats of black gloss spray paint i got from aldi. Its sold as metal paint but reading the manufacturers info you can use it on all sorts of material including plastic. I did take some photos and i will post them when my sons tablet is charged up.

Stripped the front brakes out today as the truck had started pulling to one Side , seized sliders and stuck pads are what I found , cleaned it all up and greased it all and now it's fine . First time I've worked on it and not snapped something or found it terminally worn out . Ground anchor is also fitted and wired in

Been back out at truck and done the steering stops WHAT a difference! Defo a recommended job.
Popped into BobbyRV's and adjusted his handbrake for him and we are doing his steering stops in the morn.
Bobby spotted that I had a coolant leak and we traced it to a 6" section of 1/2" pipe which probably feeds the heater matrix which runs along the near side of the engine clipping on to a steel pipe(another job for the morning)A relief that it was nothing major😱

Got some nylon spacers made up for my LED lights on the roll bar. Also got them mounted. Looks so much better than the box section I had before.
