the wiring on these trucks are designed to the limits really and the fuse is there to protect the wires from overheating shorting and catching fire, 8amps is a big ask mate if it were a couple or LEDS no problem but a light bar with that draw no way u are asking for trouble

guess ill just do it properly tomorro, its all mounted now so its all cool. have to have a dig down the garage for a relay or just go halfords,
question is do i wire in a rectangle switch and put it by the handbrake in the blank or do i fit a lil circle one in the blank above the bonnet popper?
or could i wire a relay off the wiring from my fog light switch ?

with a relay u can wire it to whatever switch u like fog lamp switch, full beam would be my choice though u could also wire straight to ful beam and have no switch

its awesome in the lanes the pic dosnt do it justice and its a good focused beam too. i thought about getting a ebay china light and i seen these in a new product promo from guardian we had in work as there a dealer and the cost price is about the same as a china one and ive read that some of the china lights give off loads of light but its not focused as well as the expensive lights so at under £60 i thought id give it a go and its great. ill get a proper pic in the lanes with headlights fogs and full beam and then just the light its amazing, if you do alot of lane driving at night bugger night breakers get a light bar lol
when i blew a fuse last night in a lane after using the light bar it was like driving in the dark with the sidelights on haha

Well had a day off today, so replaced front brake pads
while the wheels were off i painted the Mitsubishi centre caps to match the truck

Also started to fit some parking sensors, but need to figure out how to run the wires to the cab
also went for just the two outer edge, instead of the four

Lowered the back end, but my mate thought the truck would have tortion bars at the front, it didn't. Haha.
So, driving with a low back end and a standard front end until next weekend when we get some lowering springs into it.
