Pumped the tyres up and did the usual oil water and what's fallen off checks, found the reason for the banging / knocking from the rear of the truck ( sheepish confession) I forgot there was a small trolley jack in the rear tub that is now rolling around hitting the sides , cheapest fix ever on that one

we do have a special section on here for admitting to things like this

Decided it was time to get rid of the soft cover that sagged badly and leaked every time it rained....Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

But wanted to keep the rollbars so after some time looking around at different covers and ways of doing it found this...Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)....Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

Several hours of spudbodgery, cutting discs and some migging later we are left with the final result...Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

Happy with how things turned out and with my homemade sliders back from the powder coaters and the mig still warm, decided they too deserved to be welded to the truck...Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)...Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
