Truck goes very well but doesn’t stop so good. I’ve just changed to some good vented and drilled discs and race pads on the front and I’m currently rebuilding an old old axle shell I have to have disc brakes on the rear using a shogun 3.0 disc axle. Same diff. Just wondered if anyone had done anything like this before I go balls deep into swap. All in or nout. U know me.

Well that’s good news then. Means my plan is obviously a good one as some one else has already had the same plan. I shall crack on.

Keep the leaves. I frequently put a lot of weight in it and wouldn’t like to put that weight onto coils. And I don’t want to throw away my pretty extended shackles that I built. Lol

Because it’s not so stable doing 70 round tight bends now. Don’t think it would help much. Lol

Does he mean floor of truck or the actual ground?

Chef. Surely if the springs are on the top or the bottom then the axle will still be in the same place. Only changing tyre size will change the axle to ground height.
